IRI will provide and manage all of your facilities training and employee development needs. This service is designed to be all inclusive of the training, development and employee evaluation function. The intent is to provide you with a complete package that includes providing the needed training, management of that training and evaluation and certification of your employees to correctly perform their jobs. The following is typical of the services provided as part of developing and implementing a facility Training and Development Program:

- Developing and supervising the utilization of all tests and evaluations

- Maintaining a critique system for addressing comments
- Manage training and evaluation efforts and provide management reports
- Evaluating and coordinating the purchase of training materials and services
- Developing and maintaining the document control system for all training documentation
- Schedule both on-site and off –site training and development
- The preparation, revision, and distribution of all training materials
- Provide training and development budgets
