IRI experienced technical developers, who have previous hands-on experience in plant operations and maintenance, develop Plant Specific Operations and Maintenance Training Materials. These materials (System and Maintenance Descriptions) are detailed technical descriptions of plants systems and equipment configuration, plant controls, and processes for specific plant systems and equipment. The materials include plant specific photos, drawings, graphics, operation and maintenance illustrations and other information specific to the plant. They are not merely add-ons or additions to the generic training materials as sold by others.

The training materials can be developed as written documents that are available as bound reference books, or be provided on CD-ROM or on a plant server with linked files and graphics.

Training Materials are also provided as a self-driven PowerPoint presentation with animation, graphics, voice-over, sound effects and linked video. Examples of PowerPoint programs are a Contractors Safety Programs, Plant Equipment Operation and/or Maintenance Procedure Training Programs, System Descriptions and Plant Operating Procedures.
